• No request for diversion or change in the existing routes or certain of new stops will be entertained.
• No concession is allowed in bus charges.
• Withdrawal from the school Transport facility can be done in the beginning of the session only.
• School bus users must carry their Bus-Pass every day, failing which they may not be allowed to board the bus.
• While all precautions shall be taken for the safety of the students, the parents should note that the school bears no liability whatsoever for any injuries sustained by the students in accidents for otherwise while travelling by the school bus.
• School transport fee can be enhanced in between the session in case of hike in fuel rates.

Rules Regarding the Bus Service

1. All bus charges must be paid in advance by the 10th of every month for which payment is due.
2. One month bus fee is charged for May and June.
3. Bus-fee once paid will not be refunded on any account.
4. One month’s notice will be required to discontinue (in extra-ordinary case).
5. Bus charges are subject to revision by the Managing Committee.
6. While paying the bus fee the child must present his/her bus pass to the accountant in order to make the necessary entry therein.
7. If a child does not maintain discipline while travelling in the bus his/her name shall be stuck off from the bus users register under intimation to the parents concerned and fee already paid shall be forfeited and the students is liable to be dismissed from the school.
8. Complains, if any, regarding the bus staff should be made in writing to the principal.
9. Children, who are not in the prescribed school uniform, will not be lifted by the bys staff.
10. If a child loses his/her Bus pass, a duplicate will be issued n payment of Rs. 90/- only.
11. If a parent wants to take his child with him during the school hours, he must inform the concerned bus staff or the bus in-charge about it.
12. If for any reason whatsoever, the school decides to cancel or change any route of the school bus; the parents shall have no objection to it and will make their own arrangement about conveyance for their children.
13. Students who wish commute by bicycle-needs to enrolled/registered themselves in school. They will provide a cycle-pass along with key ring which is essential for cycle-stand during parking.
